What makes you different from a traditional trade school?
We’re mission-driven and community-focused. Our programs are offered at low or no cost, designed for accessibility, and centered on real-world training. We also provide wraparound support and mentorship to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
How can I support your mission?
You can donate, volunteer, mentor, or partner with us as an employer or sponsor. Every bit of support helps us serve more students and grow our impact.
What programs do you have?
As of now, we offer training in:

We’re actively developing additional programs, so stay tuned for more trades coming soon
Do I need prior experience to apply?
No prior experience is required. Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed to take you from the basics to job-ready skills.
Can my business hire your students?
Absolutely. We actively partner with local employers looking to hire motivated, trained workers. Contact us to become a hiring partner.
What is the structure of the program?
Our training is hands-on, taught by experienced professionals, and aligned with industry standards. Programs may include classroom instruction, shop/lab work, and access to career-readiness support.
